Wedding photography at Weetwood Hall Estate Leeds
Just a a few snippets of a recent wedding I photographed. I had such a great time with these two! It was also my first experience of Chinese wedding traditions. I now have a new found love for Chinese tea! Newlyweds often find themselves swept up in the whirlwind of their wedding day, with schedules tightly packed and moments fleeting. However, apart from creating candid shots, taking time out of this busy day for posed photographs holds immense importance.
Top tip: Typically, posed shots take around 1 hour, maybe a little longer. Therefore, if you are planning your wedding, it’s important to make a list of direct family you definitely want to include in this part of the day so you don’t inadvertently miss anyone! Remember, we can’t rewind time, so I can’t emphasise enough how important this stage of your planning is. (Thank me later!)
I normally start with everyone, a big group shot straight after the ceremony, and then we whittle it down until it’s just the couple. At this point, we can then move onto embracing creative scenes before getting back to enjoying the rest of your special day!
